We also provide quick support most any daily request for assistance. Clients are responsible to read all newsletter & email support. If a request requires depth for something we’ve already committed a lot of time to do in- depth training / education for, it can be provided again at a minimal cost. We do offer excellent webinars.
• All on- page content is the clients responsibility. We build sites and educate clients on how to create both page & post content, at will. We Also provide a series of options for in the event client needs on- page content support. Many, if not most, areas of your site are self manage- able and also easy to change.
• New design, development, third party application research & config’, programming or content creation work are outside the scope of standard monthly services, but are also provided at a minimal cost. Many, if not most, areas of your site are self manage- able and also easy to change. 
• In the event a 3rd party application [= someone else's software] is added, we can take no responsibility for its performance or how well it works in WordPress.
