<description>And per the post, we completely agree Chris.

Owners, employess and/ or management will always convey the most enthusiasm for a company and it's business; however, for some a carefully directed ghost blog writing appoach is a strategy they prefer.

We've also found that in some larger companies Management is concerned about liability. Issues that may come from an ill- advised post, etc.

I know: it's highly unlikely, yet feedback we've had.

<description>We have seen good success in Ghost Writing. We have seen better success in organizations that empower their employees.

Here is a great paragraph from an article in the Dallas Morning News last week:

"It's clear that when it comes to traditional authority figures – whether they're chief executives or heads of state – people trust them less," says Mr. Edelman. "Employees are the new credible source of information. We have data that shows an employee blog is five times more credible than a CEO blog – and I say this as a CEO blogger."

When it comes to business blogging if you give your employee a business card, maybe you should empower to blog as well.

Best,
