		<description>I think the key point here is to not do it with the intent to increase your search engine results.  Would I cross link with other realtors in other parts of the country if Google and other search engines didn't exist? Yes, I would, and I would as selective as I am about linking now. I feel that providing links to agents in other ares of the country is a service to those who happen upon my website and may be looking for agents in other areas.</description>
