Hey Stan,

This kinetic blog that I am using is starting to out perform a year of blogging regiously on Active Rain. I have only had the solution for about 2 months now, and it is hitting on the search engines sometimes before the blogs I place in Active Rain.

I think they complement each other. As for my 11 other blogs, I have stopped almost completely. This blog solution has outperformed and cannot be compared.

I hope this helps. FYI – I have no interest in Kinetic Solutions – I had to say that so people know that my continual endorsement of Kinetic Solutions and Kristen and Chris is not for any other reason, but because they have made me very happy and a supporter for life…

There are a no. of ways people can leverage a presence in Active Rain for/ with their independent Business- Blog presence. For instance, we do it by summarizing the posts we write at kineticknowledge.com that we hope are valuable to anyone in the Active Rain community. We teach these techniques as a part of our service and as Google changes we do our beast to keep people up to speed. For instance, inbound links that are valuable today may not be tomorrow. Some believe that Google recently de- emphasized inbound links from Squidoo lenses, suggesting they may have felt those links were less valuable. I’m not sure, some have said similar things about Active Rain; however, Active Rain is a very focused social network or community making it very different. We think Active Rain is a great place for the Real Estate community to share and to learn.

I enjoyed your article. I have been blogging for over a year. I have been with a free site and am getting ready to change to another one. I accidently stumbled across Active Rain and signed up for it. I am going to dig further on the site. Any suggestions on how to get my active rain presence quickly?
