Example I: Ad Serving Platform

A Los Angeles CA Firm wished to create an ‘advertisement serving platform’ in order to position it’s affiliate real estate agents on the right side of every ‘visitor pageview’. The scope of the project included design of a ‘tower ad’ creative’, a user friendly dashboard component to upload individual agent profiles and a means to serve the ads out to all page views. The platform required a grading system, allowing client to reward seniority and/ or referral performance. It also required an algorithm to serve the agent ads’ proportionately versus historical page view

Association MultiSite Network
Member Jobs’ Aggregation To Master Site

A prominent Recruitment & Staffing Association was looking to offer its member firms four [4] incredibly innovative services. The first, a super cost effective means to publish their jobs. The second, a platform where member firms could easily feed the jobs to one aggregating association site. The third, offer job visitors a means to apply for any job with resume upload. And finally, the fourth a means to regularly aggregate & feed all member jobs out to job boards accepting feeds. We developed an association ‘New Jersey Jobs Network’, Association sanctioned / member branded sites with all of the above features PLUS a set of ongoing services for its’ members.

Customized Real Estate Listings Application and IDX Integration

One NYC Real Estate firm required a customized site platform to meet the challenges of a discerning target marketplace. A completely above the fold design, highly particular yet simplified site navigation, an interactive header to better promote members of the team and a visually stimulating listings application supporting cooperation between the home page and all the listing pages themselves.

We also work with Real Estate Brokerages, Teams and Agents all over North America. Example IV:
Customized Business Affiliates App’

Toronto Mortgage Center [ TMC ] wanted to create a high profile presentation for all the professionals they work with, including real estate agents, attorneys, financial advisers and other local pros’.  With careful scope, we integrated custom code into their site allowing them to easily add individual business affiliate profiles, including standard data entry fields & image cropping. These profiles are showcased on both the appropriate ‘category aggregating’ and also ‘individual profile’ pages, with carefully laid alignment settings per profile.
