Here’s how it works:

We will provide ten consumer-based real estate blogs per month. This is an automated service, so once setup – these pieces will post directly to your blog as active online articles (or you can choose to get them in draft mode, leaving it up to you to release them publicly). As the owner of your blog, you are welcome to further customize the articles as you see fit through the normal online blog editor – or, you can do nothing at all! The articles are already aimed at offering valuable tips and information to your buyers and sellers. This is a perfect way to show your customers that you are a technically-savvy, sophisticated real estate educator and an excellent way to supplement your existing blogging efforts. You may also use the content in your alternate marketing pursuits as you see fit!

Your Options:

  1. You can choose to have the automated blog articles syndicate directly into your existing Kinetic Blog. This means they will intermingle with your personal blog posts and appear as if they were written by you.
  2. You can create a secondary and parallel outside blog to house your automated content. This would be done using another subdomain of your parent url – so if your blog currently lives at blog.xyz.com then we’d create a new shell with the exact same design as your parent blog at something like news.xyz.com. This second blog would likely only contain your automated content but could also be further customized by you.
  3. If you are not an existing client you can create a brand new custom Kinetic Blog to house your automated blog content – you will have the same options as above: directly syndicated articles that will intermingle with your personal blog posts or the creation of a parallel side blog to house the automated content.
  4. Our automated content program was designed to work with Kinetic Blogs. It is unlikely that the service can be set to “auto-populate” a third party blog (it may be possible in some cases). However, if you’d like to buy the service so that you can manually populate your third party blogs, you are welcome to do so.

This service is intended to be a direct marketing vehicle that will help create trust, position you as an expert in your industry and provide regular content in an effort to gain subscriptions from your sphere of influence. It is the perfect partner to help ease the load of generating relevant content for your buyers, sellers and general fans. While you may get search engine results from the use of the service, the content in its original state is not intended to provide much optimization value. While we cannot take responsibility for search engine indexing, customizing these posts would significantly raise the probability for this type of result.

We also offer custom blog writing programs designed specifically to fit your content needs. With this program you will be paired with a writer (managed by us) who creates unique content just for you based on exactly what you’ve asked for. You can purchase as many posts as you like. Pricing is based on length of contract and number of posts per month. With Kinetic’s custom ghost blog writing service you are paying for accountability. Our responsibilities include recruitment, search engine optimization training, management, payment and invoicing for capable authors. We also provide basic month-end client writing summaries. While we cannot take responsibility for search engine indexing, custom blog writing significantly raises the probability for results.
