Chris is Co-founder and CEO of Kinetic Knowledge/ Real Estate Blogsites. He has a 15+ year background in the areas of entrepreneurial technology management, leading company sales and business development production. He has been on the front edge of emerging technology markets including early web-based advertising (Wired, Jim Cramer’s TheStreet.com & CBS MW), content distribution (TheStreet.com), sophisticated cross media advertising programs (CBS MW & MPT), blog and chat room data- mining (Umbria), business-class blogging solutions (Directory Xpress/ MyInfoPage, Real Estate Blogsites & Kinetic Knowledge) and blog community creation (Directory Xpress/ MyInfoPage & Kinetic.)
He has a degree in Political Science/ Economics from the University of Maryland. He was born in Brooklyn NY, resides in Avon CO, but currently offices near NYC.

Kristen Veraldi

Kristen Veraldi has been working with online real estate marketing and technology applications for over 10 years. She has served alongside Google panelists as a blogging technology expert for NAR, FAR, The Association Executive’s Institute, and Real Living Corporate. After leaving behind thoughts of a future in engineering, Kristen began her career in real estate marketing for a boutique real estate company in Vail, Colorado. She helped them reach new heights in the realm of technology – from a lead generating community website ten years ago to one of the first functional real estate blogsites started in the industry.
Kristen has a master’s degree in business administration from Denver University’s Daniels College of Business and a degree in physics from Colgate University. She has evolved and grown with technology from a very young age and is an active proponent of the new and evolving Web 2.0 and the age of free information. She is a blogger and an educator on emerging real estate technologies. Kristen lives in Eagle-Vail, Colorado. Most of her days are spent keeping up to speed with Kinetic Knowledge clients and educating as many people as she can about the benefits of content creation and management on the web.
